Yes! I think so especially to protect the vulnerable.
The point of a free society is that no one has a legitimate right to stop consenting adults from doing whatever they want with each other.
From a utilitarian perspective, you might say that the cost of a system that can stop consensual interactions is greater than any benefits such a system could provide.
