an SDK that can be called through ffi (Rust?) from flutter/kotlin
ClinkSDK mostly wraps nostr-tools, just a few added methods... haven't looked into what the rustbois or kotlin people use for that but I'd imagine if you pull both into a workspace composer could one-shot it
it sets an easy path
No it doesn't.
It is how it is because the law is how it is. It has to be voluntary because no lever for compulsion exists.
I'd actually like to see the admin try to force the issue, because the AI companies with their unlimited financial resources would have to defend the 1st ammendment and code-as-speech at the SCOTUS level which would be extremely important case law.
Actually, the most pro-free-speech thing the admin could do would be trying to regulate models, set such an action up only for it to fail by design and establish that as case law.
Nothing in this section shall be construed to authorize the creation of a mandatory governmental licensing, preclearance, or permitting requirement for the development, publication, release, or distribution of new AI models, including frontier models.
Probably the initial subscription which Kraken would be part of
This should be a liquidity event for the SPV, I think you should be able to cash well.
Not really, some etheads attempted something like this called TLSNotary that shares in creation of the TLS encryption key so that you, the person trying to prove content, can't modify it. But it doesn't necessarily prove it came from the SSL domain.
ELI5 / TLDR:
CLINK gives you a permanent Lightning payment code (noffer1...) that works like a Bitcoin address, but smarter.
Old way (LNURL, Lightning Addresses):
Requires a web server, domain, SSL, public IP — very complicated setup.
CLINK way:
Everything happens over normal Nostr DMs. Just share one static string. Wallets and websites use that to fetch invoices.
It also sends a payment receipt back so the website can react (success animation, unlock content, etc.) and you can attach extra data (SKU, order info, etc.).
Try it by pasting this:noffer1qvqsyqjqvcurjdm9x5uxydrzvcer2wrp8q6x2ef58pnryv3c893ngen98qerwvmrxuunqde5vgcnvc35vg6nydpnxfjrgetzv4snwd3exsungwgprfmhxue69uhhxarjvee8jtnndphkx6ewdejhgam0wf4sqgrka4zlqr820wk9nkxsklfqfpy02vva0wtvzs8lkm7t424s5y75fc4vx4hj
... into https://pay.shockwallet.app
As a receiver, you can include that string in a web link: https://pay.shockwallet.app/?noffer=noffer1qvqsyqjqvcurjdm9x5uxydrzvcer2wrp8q6x2ef58pnryv3c893ngen98qerwvmrxuunqde5vgcnvc35vg6nydpnxfjrgetzv4snwd3exsungwgprfmhxue69uhhxarjvee8jtnndphkx6ewdejhgam0wf4sqgrka4zlqr820wk9nkxsklfqfpy02vva0wtvzs8lkm7t424s5y75fc4vx4hj
That's a fully static web site, and you'll get a success animation once paying the invoice. The node you're paying doesn't need any fancy networking setup.
Bolt12 achieves some of this static payment code stuff through Tor-like onion messages, which are therefore slow and unreliable. It's also not web friendly, making its utility limited. Some might even say that it's retarded.
I'm as pro-technology as it gets, an asymmetric advance in computing would have overwhelming positives despite the short-term negatives (gotta break some eggs and all that) but the facts on the ground bear out that there's nothing to QC... at all. Time machines would be cool too, but reality seems to have other plans.
It's more of a point of order since there is no signal to begin with, its not just that breakthroughs are noised by non-breakthroughs, but that there are no breakthroughs at all.
They jump at the chance to announce any small breakthrough and advancement.
It's worse then that, they announce non-breakthroughs and no advancement. It's literally not real, there are only scams inferring it could be real.
Cool story but what is this hunched based on?
The facts on the ground bear out that Quantum computing is no more likely to happen than someone inventing a time machine, and wrench attacking your mother before you're even born.
That confused me as well, I took it for a +/- 16M valuation given the shares and price, saw elsewhere they RAISED 16M, and a total float gave it a cap of 60M
I assume that 16M / $4 offering was to meet the public float, that's pretty much exactly the minimum... Calicott pointed out the listing is on NYSE American, which has lower requirements than regular NYSE
Interestingly NASDAQ is also 15M
Kraken is probably a factor for doing it, xStocks would require a public stock to back the token
This is why Bitcoin is so important for natsec, with a transparent ledger the security apparatus can just do this without trying to coerce international banks who's primary purpose is to launder money for foreign NGOs and hostile states. The US can just track flows globally, unbounded by borders, shell corps, and hostile banks.
Modernity and post-modernity
Politics are older than the written word. Things really go off the rails when good people abdicate over these transcendent virtue signals.
Calling someone a Bolshevik isn't shitting on someone to other Bolsheviks, its the highest complement, actually.
Being consistent is what put him in a different class than the current crop. 'More respectable' is in regards to that specifically. May as well glaze Lenin while you're at it though.
he had his limits in how far progressives should push things
Pushing things down a slippery slope then abdicating responsibility when they go off the cliff isn't commendable.
being publicly gay in Washington, DC
Should never have entered public discussion at all, slippery slope. No shortage of gays on the right that understand people simple minding their own businesses and not drawing attention to it was the right trajectory. Bessent could have been Tres Sec under Reagan and no one would have given a shit because he doesn't make a spectacle of it.
The real advance of local models really makes me question is these multi-billion dollar data centers are going to be used to the degree they imagine
Could go either way, Jevon's Paradox and all that... cheaper = more utility = more demand
Hoping that local causes price war in tokens-as-a-service but not getting my hopes up
Glazing a Bolshevik revolutionary like this is a great example of how weak and pathetic most Republicans are and lose to absolute clown opposition.
Was he a more respectable foe than the current crop? Sure but the bar isn't that high.
It's a very informative reply, thanks @Acrylater
@SimpleStacker it's informative because it show's he is indeed missing the premise, and that's because Bitcoiners propaganda network is burying the lead. Too much virtue signaling, not enough practicality.
It's independence from the Fed governors and the management decisions of publicly listed megacorps. It's neutral equity. Independence from elastic supply of rental properties and commodities.
He's on the sidelines because he hasn't internalized the profundity ∞/21M, that's the material premise.
Decentralization/censorship resistance only matter because they turn the sanctity of 21M into a Mexican standoff. They are but a means to this far more important end.
