pull down to refresh

Quick Zeus question. Has anyone else noticed how fast private nodes are loading in Zeus now? The one thing that drove me nuts about an otherwise great wallet would be the long delay making a node connection. That seems pretty much solved now. I use it to manage two nodes, and now they both load fast!

They just release a new beta and tomorrow another one.
I've found a small glitch in LND Sqlite nodes (new ones) that will be fixed.
The old LND dbolt is OK.

If you refer to LDK node yes is something else in terms of loading up. Is really fast loading and also path finding is good.

i am really impressed at how quickly up-to-date @Darthcoin appears to be - wen he says "never stop learning," he embodies that advice; for the true initiates, his guides shud be considered among the top in today's confusing world of technical fundamentals!

there appears to be no money in teaching the fundamentals (never has been) - since one is expected to have the basics understood quickly; the cute tricks ... that's for highly advanced users - also that's how the parasites getchu;

I am "up to date" because all these 14 years in Bitcoinlandia I learned to ignore the noise and bullshit and focus on what really matter for Bitcoin.

People nowadays are mostly distracted with many othef crap things, waste their time, instead of learning important stuff.

Indeed today users are bombarded with crap information... so quite hard to focus for a mind that is not trained.

You are right... if people will pay more attention to my words, their life will be easier. That's why I wrote so much documentation, including for Zeus. Zeus is one of the most complete, complex and important Bitcoin app.

Maybe it's my imagination. These were two of my regular nodes.

You mean remote nodes, not embedded?
The remote nodes speed (in Zeus) depends only on the type of network you use to connect.

I don't know the technicalities. The best way to describe what I mean is that I used Alby hub and zeus to manage the same remote node at times. Alby would access the balance and be ready for a transaction much faster than Zeus. That lag doesn't seem to exist anymore.
