So, that KelpDAO hack that sent a bunch of the DeFi bros into tailspin was mostly moved to bitcoin.

But it does make me think that as long as privacy in bitcoin takes extra steps, the people who build and maintain the privacy infrastructure are always going to be targeted by governments.
