Sometimes I think being a real boss has less to do with status, money, or telling people what to do. Right here on Stacker News, builders constantly share ideas, projects, feedback, and lessons openly
Maybe BOSS simply means:
Building On Someone’s Success.
Because honestly, none of us started from zero.
Someone somewhere shared knowledge, opened a door, gave encouragement, took a risk on us, or inspired us without even knowing it.
The question is:
Now that you’re growing… who’s growing because of you?
Who’s learning from your mistakes?
Who’s getting opportunities because you decided to help instead of compete?
Who’s building on the foundation you’re laying today?
Real success feels different when it stops being only personal.
It becomes bigger than ego. Bigger than titles.
A real boss creates more bosses.
Not followers. Not dependency.
So yeah… maybe the most important question isn’t:
Are you successful?
Maybe it’s:
Who’s building on your success?
Kesuksesan ada pada diri kita sendiri karna kita ada dua pilihan melangkah untuk mencoba bisa dapat harapan
