Posts and comments 10x if:

1. you reply to yourself within 10 minutes (unless you are OP, then you're exempt)
2. you reply at the same level within 10 minutes
3. you post after already posting within 10 minutes

For replies/posts that are >1 sats, there's an `i` on the button that shows a cost breakdown, including any 10x fees.

Yes. There is no multiplier if you are replying to someone.

For posts there is a 10 minute window where if you post again within the window a 10x multiplier is applied. I am not sure if you can get around this by posting in different territories.
