I am not really sure. I asked AI and it didn't seem definitive but it thinks that ties the record and is the third time it has happened.

I get pissed when the Blue Jays walk one batter. I would be losing my mind if I was a Reds fan.

I was at a Blue Jays game where the pitcher walked 5 guys in the first inning but they weren't consecutive. I remember because I found it very offensive.
