I didn’t get lean year-round by only caring about workouts.
I had to clean up the small systems around my lifestyle too.
One habit I changed years ago:
I stopped heating food in plastic.
Microplastics and chemical exposure are hard to avoid completely.
But that doesn’t mean you do nothing.
I started storing cooked meals in glass containers instead of throwing hot food into plastic.
Simple swap.
Less takeout.
Less processed food.
Better control over what I’m eating.
And one more system that makes staying lean easier.
This clip is from a longer video where I show the behind-the-scenes nutrition habits that help me stay shredded without living on meal prep chicken and misery.

We need to start eliminating plastics from our kitchens, and eventually from our wardrobes, all around our house too.
Swap out synthetics and polyester for natural materials like cotton, wool, linen, and hemp.
According to guys like Bryan Johnson and Paul Saladino, who’ve studied the topic, saunas are actually the best way to get rid of microplastics accumulation in the body.
