but is he applying in all those jurisdictions when he uses his corporation name to get all passport.

That is something that Darth talked to me but Im too far from the application of that lesson yet, about use the system, the all caps name in jurisdiction level, dead corpse with dead corpse. Brandon speak a similar thing on his website faq:

Q: Will I lose my Social Security or any benefits by doing this?
A: No you will not. You are going to be separating yourself from your sole proprietorship in law: one will be you as the white man/woman who is a citizen of State (which is the original category for a real American) and the sole prop of your name in all caps will be the US citizen. All your “benefits” are attached to the sole proprietorship. That organization is not going ANYWHERE. Look on a W-9 form… it describes you as the “owner” of the sole proprietorship/”disregarded entity.” The sole prop is described as a “business” or “entity” and it describes you as its “owner.” It’s all been right in front of our faces.

Yes, is true, that "corporation" it never go away. You have 2 options:

  • take control of it, with UCC-1 and live with it, using it only when you consider necessary
  • take control of it (so they cannot use it anymore against you) but go full batshit crazy sovereign, living isolated on an island alone.

If you live in a so called "society", is almost impossible to avoid using that corporation (your caps name). We are not there yet, when the majority of the people understand these things. So in order to go with your regular life, sometimes you are forced to use it. But use it wisely. Avoid as much as you can to use it, because is a trap in the end. If you use only in your defense, then you can escape of that trap.

Anyways, you are on the right track, bringing these subjects to discussion. Few people dare to do it.

I have to say, this is a great breakdown—a roadmap of what the journey for those seeking sovereignty looks like or will look like; it should be included in a guide. I'm going to bookmark this for reference. It might seem obvious to some, but for me, it was excellent and eye-opening.
