Site is back up, was down for a few minutes. They actually vibe-coded a nice little viewer for these files too.

My base case is that they (my ever-loving government to whom I pay lots of taxes) are just trying to distract us.

But if this isn't the case, and there are actually things I should look at in these files, what is the best example you've found so far?

From what I've seen so far there's some interesting stuff from the late 40's re: "flying discs"

Transcript from Gemini 7 astronauts seeing a bogey

Saucer hovering over Neubiberg Air Base

Lots of recent sightings from military cameras etc.

There's just a much bigger picture (like maybe the biggest) and most people just either nitpick the individual people, stories, docs, without zooming out and putting the puzzle pieces together.

well, if you find a good resource summarizing the "putting the pieces together" view (or if you want to write one yourself) I'd be interested to read.

working on a Karpathy Second Brain wrt the UFO topic

I’ve been focusing on SAPs, SAPOC, SAPCO, OUSDAT, and how exactly programs like this could be hidden within the USG.

If I had to pick one document though, it’s the Wilson Davis Memo (not from this release of docs)

Funny, it’s numbered 117 on congress.gov lol

What's the meaning of 117?

reply

Thank you for asking because I have seen 117 references a few times and only understood it once lol, which was 2 or 3 years ago

For me, just a video game reference

Like a smokescreen when it's convenient?

This is impressive. I wasn't expecting to see so many infrared video clips. A lot of these were definitely the military spying on some guy's house, and they happen to see a UAP fly between the spyplane/drone and the ground. I wish there was less redacted sensor telemetry just because I want to nerd out over the data and UI, but whatever-- we get what we get.

Talking about these reports I don't have a solid grasp on that. Reports of stuff like that have been around forever, and it could be so many things other than intelligent life. Now, if we're going to assume they do exist, they're probably from Earth itself, unless they know how to travel through wormholes they've created just to come here and scare farmers and people in the middle of nowhere.
