Yes, a little bit. I used to not do it at all because I'm terrible at it compared to pre-written texts but have been practicing it a bit more lately to work on my weak spots.

Used to do it when I was much younger. Not as much now. It's definitely a fun activity that helps with on the spot thinking. Keep practicing!
