This shit is real—when you realize that there are only people dealing with one another through explicit or tacit contracts, whether written or verbal, the illusion of so-called control falls away; it doesn't exist. Anyone who wants to control you has to threaten or deceive you into doing something, precisely because they don't have control over you; you do it yourself, you consent. Agents get pissed off and might use force because of this lack of consent, since they need it to enforce their will; when they don't have it, they force something that wasn't given to them.
