196.6 this morning closing in on being down 10 lbs over the last month.
Whats amazing to me is how your body or mind can quickly adapt to your schedule. I have woken up at 7:30-8:00 am for the last few years but since i have decided to start a new workout routine the last month or so I started waking up at 6 every morning. For the first 2 weeks it was a bit of a struggle but what amazes me is now that I have been in a routine I have gotten up without an alarm for the last week between 5:50-6.
Consistency is a super power!
