What a win!

Started off great with Buffalo getting the first goal Again.

Then Alex Lyon gives up 3 goals on 4 shots!!! Really bad goals! Just killing Buffalo’s dominance.

Lindy Ruff pulls Lyon puts in UPL and Buffalo goes on to score 7 unanswered goals.

Ruff really did a hell of a coaching job tonight.
Here is a list of things he nailed tonight

• Pulled Lyon early. UPL didn’t allow a goal the rest of the way
• Started Metsa. The 5’9” 6th defensemen. 27 year old rookie first play off game ever. He did well and scored a garbage time goal! (But in hockey all goals matter just look what happened to Minnesota up two with 3 mins to go!)
• Broke up the Thompson, Tuch, and Krebs line. And moved Benson up to play with Thompson and Tuch. Absolutely genius move they dominated the Montreal top line.
• The rookie Konsta gets another goal! Back to back goals. Dude only played 10 NHL games and now has 2 playoff goals!
• Resting the players before the game. No practice or morning skate no film break down just let the guys relax on the road!

I am not sure if they win this series (Buffalo’ home record is terrible) but at least they extended the series one more game and I at least get one more game of playoff hockey to watch!
