The HRF has put out a ~70 page bitcoin guide for non-profits in adversarial conditions.

This guide is especially crafted for nonprofit organizations operating under difficult political conditions. It is custom-made for movements working under tyranny, where privacy and sovereignty are critical. It is tailored for those who need a more resilient, independent way to transact, save, and conduct payroll.

Here's a picture of the table of contents:

The section on "Using Bitcoin as Privately, Cheaply, and Quickly as Possible" caught my eye.

It starts off by recommending AQUA wallet and also describes how to use Fedi and Cashu.me. These aren't bad choices for the stated goal. I'm surprised they didn't suggest a Spark wallet, but I'm also a little pleased with that. BTCPay Server also gets a section.

I wonder if this sort of guide appeals to someone trying to raise funds in an environment where the government is hostile to them. The guide looks very friendly and happy and official.
