That’s my feeling too. If he had ever seemed genuinely remorseful, I’d be fine with his second chance. 

For example, I don’t mind Henry Ruggs getting a second chance because what he did was a terrible mistake that he deeply regretted immediately.

I think people should be given a second chance but I am not sure Vick did enough in my mind to earn that second chance. TBH I would have to look back at what he did but he should have only been allowed back in if he did some crazy crazy stuff to attempt to address what he did.
