u can start being monastic for a few hours a week; notice a few mushrooms, chew or smell the bark, esp. after the rain, sip on the dew...

while everyone else is huddled in their toxic boxes, walk out & enjoy the bird chirps; move slower - u will learn that the matter requirement goes down dramatically, and eventually u will realize that it's a superpower; standardized calorie & matter requirements are a myth; most of the time wen i eat, no matter how little, i sense that i have overeaten;

bills/ba'als are spells keeping u tied to the samsara; people reading the ba'als don't even know what they are reading; of course, coming back into the matrix is also a duty, not to the system itself, but to the few salvageable living beings that are hesitant to step out even for a moment; i have trouble getting people to take their shoes off!
