Support already told me there's nothing they can do. It was an unrecorded audio input. Unless he can somehow find it stored on his device, its lost.

Thanks for the recommend. We were hoping Fountain would have their studio built so we could just use them as an all-in-one podcast platform.

reach out to their support, one time that happened to me and they had a cloud recording that they sent took like a week tho
