Just tried paying a Blitz wallet LN invoice. Small amount (< $1). Same thing ... "Sorry, your withdrawal could not be processed."

Is it just me? Or is Cash App actually preventing LN payments to KYC-free wallets?

Update: Figured it out. Cash App won't pay LN Invoices < $1 when paying with USD balance: #1502321
