nostr-merchant — a local-first AI agent built to run a business on NOSTR. Checks its Lightning wallet, publishes listings, answers DMs, and pays for paid MCP tools over NWC — under sats budget caps it can't exceed. Ollama-first or any hosted LLM. pipx install nostr-merchant

Built on five FOSS MCP servers (MIT) the agent drives:

• nwc-mcp — Lightning wallet (12 tools, defense-in-depth safety stack)
• nostr-ops-mcp — NOSTR identity, publishing, encrypted DMs
• marketplace-mcp — Shopstr-compatible storefront publisher (NIP-15 + NIP-99)
• albyhub-admin-mcp — Alby Hub admin via HTTP API
• paywall-mcp — generic Lightning paywall sidecar for any MCP server (L402-style)

All on npm: npx -y nwc-mcp (et al.). Agent on PyPI + GitHub. Substrate 50k sats each, agent 100k — bundle + setup walkthrough + support DM on the shop:
