If there's some super secret MJ12-like deep state operation with highly compartmentalized units unknowingly working in unison towards the skypainting/chemtrailing/whatever, it would likely be accomplished via toxic nanoparticulate additives to the jet fuel supply lines instead of having to retrofit every plane with equipment. I think even RFK Jr. already claimed that and he's compromised as fuck. Using this approach, civilian airlines would become part of the operation without most staff ever being involved in this operation and you can't leak what you don't know.
I suspect the "chemtrail patch wearing pilots" and "look at Obama/Merkel inspecting these retrofitted planes with huge tanks" is part of the deception to steer people away from that more realistic scenario.
I would be more inclined to research it if literally every time someone screams at clouds, it wouldn't turn out to be commercial flights.
