I'll be honest, when I first heard about Bitcoin, the only thing I cared about was the price.
Is it going up? Is it crashing? Should I buy now or wait?
That's how many of us get introduced to Bitcoin. We see the chart before we understand the technology.
But after spending more time learning about it, I realized something interesting: even when the market is panicking, Bitcoin itself keeps working exactly the same way.
People can still send it across the world in minutes. No one can create more than 21 million coins. No bank, government, or company gets to decide who can or can't use it.
The price changes every second because people are emotional. Fear and excitement come and go. But Bitcoin doesn't care about either.
These days, I still follow the market, but I'm much more interested in what Bitcoin actually solves than what it traded at this morning.
The price is what grabs your attention.
Understanding Bitcoin is what makes you stay.

It's funny how clankers say "honestly" and "I'll be honest" a lot. I'd guess the scammers prompt "sound sincere."
At least they pay to post. On the rest of the internet they pay nothing
