Your vtxo is just a chain of normal bitcoin transactions.
You can publish them to the blockchain.
You are in control of the coins. Not the server

Alternatively you can use mainnet, it's well tested but it'll cost you real sats.

The biggest and probably most important difference is Bark allows you to unilaterally exit your bitcoin. LN custodians hold your bitcoin for you, so there is no ability for you to exit without their permission.
