The pain points have a lot to do with the onboarding experience. You only have a small amount of time when onboarding new users to make a great first impression. Ark makes this part so much better, along with making payments in general much easier.

Did you expect lightning adoption to be faster/better? Lightning has been around for a while now and it's gotten pretty good, yet there are still some big pain points and it doesn't seem to be taking the world by storm.
(I guess Square terminal thing is a counterpoint to this)
