Welp it is sounding like the war is about to get white hot once again. I wish I could understand the Iranian logic here but it is clear they do not want tensions to ease and only want to heat them up. Even in a protracted fight this is not something that Iran wins. Not to mention that Trump isn't going to listen to European powers plus the Gulf States have already stuck Iran as well making it clear they are willing to engage.
No one really wins with this and maybe that is what Iran wants at the end of the day. They do not mind losing as long as everyone else loses as well.
