You have a few options if it's an issue.

1. Use lightning payouts
2. Switch to new addresses periodically as suits you
3. If received several payouts to one address you can run the funds back through a lightning wallet, liquid, coinjoin or whatever you prefer to

Of course each of those come with their own tradeoffs, costs, privacy considerations depending on your approach.
