humans are not taught to run/move correctly; instead, they are shown an unreasonable obstacle course to perform thru:
- synthetic clothes & tight shoeboxes
- testicles wrapped in plastic
- blutooth noise blasting thru temporal lobes at poisonous frequencies
- black sunglasses blocking the sun's ethereal energy
- petroleum asphalt insulates the body from earth's electromagnetics
- toxic deodorant chemicals for armpits & groins to poison lymphatics
- toxic snacks to induce immunosuppression as well as to keep sugar/insulin machine pumping for the benefit of the flesh-munching parasites
- maintaining tension via "chest up, shoulders back!" propaganda
- the mechanics of "just fall forward!" & strict motions ensure that joints, ligaments, and tendons are constantly getting torn up under stress & tension
- marathoners are guided thru a dense array of EMF-blasting towers & wireless devices
Tai Chi Chuan type of movement will look strange at first, because the entire body will remain in a perpetual state of subtle wiggle-jiggle, creating the favorable tensionless tension; u only see people shaking up muscles in between sets and upon stretching & cooling;
indeed, the bodies are designed for extremely long traverses, and yet the dumbed-down mind is manipulated to insert as much friction into movement & being as possible;

Humans are characterized by their ability to run many hours, though. Part of the goal is to feel connected to the ancient humans. A full marathon is something I will consider extreme, and won't do regularly, but this has felt like healthy training so far.
