Support already told me there's nothing they can do. It was an unrecorded audio input. Unless he can somehow find it stored on his device, its lost.

ya I eventually moved off of riverside for video to restream, finding that to be much better, you guys do audio only so it might make sense to just use that

Thanks for the recommend. We were hoping Fountain would have their studio built so we could just use them as an all-in-one podcast platform.
