having had the great misfortune of working on all of them, I'd highly recommend against.
Low pay, lots of search friction, plenty of scam and scam-adjacent tasks. (One guy on Upwork "desperately" wants me to visit a Tesla retailer and do mystery shopping... for $300, minus fees. Believe it when I see it, etc.)
More trouble than it's worth.

There are a number of platforms you can use. There are a couple ways you can structure this. You can get the contracts yourself and then subcontract them to him. In this way you know what he charges you and you set your prices to the client accordingly. Or you can just essentially send him leads for new business and take a small commission on whatever he converts.
