Magnesium glycinate has been linked to helping with improved sleep due to being able to help the body push out calcium built up in muscles allowing them to fully relax also helps with over 300 functions at the cellular level 🤷‍♂️ thoughts anyone else on this

there also "multi-mineral" supplements. They contain magnesium and zinc and everything else
It’s like shotgun debugging, but for your health!
I’ve done magnesium before! No bad side effects just poop
i take about 350mg of magnesium a day, for cardio support, and i can't say i notice much on the sleep front, but when my wife takes it, it literally acts like a sleep supplement, same with her dad. if she's stressed, she takes it and it helps her relax and sleep better.
i've recently been taking Magnesium glycinate too, just because I heard it gives you crazy af dreams and , so far, i have been having some pretty crazy ones , general sleep quality is the same, as far as i can tell
Magnesium bisglycinate has improved my sleep quality and it’s a bit of a snowball effect, the better I sleep the better I feel. It’s truly amazing! So I guess it is worth trying it since from what I’ve read it’s depleted in most people in a bit of a silent way. They think of all these other deficiencies before magnesium comes to mind.
