It happens very often in my social circle that I see people focusing only on “what supplement should I take,” while forgetting the foundation: the STOMACH and digestion.

If the stomach does not produce enough acid, proteins are not properly broken down, minerals are not absorbed efficiently, and unwanted bacteria can begin to multiply. Bloating, gas, fatigue after meals, and nutritional deficiencies often start here.

A weak stomach cannot build energy or support a strong immune system. That is why the first step should be supporting digestion, not overwhelming the body with endless products and supplements.

Warm, cooked foods, eating calmly without stress, chewing thoroughly, a little apple cider vinegar before meals in some cases, ginger, bone broth, and eliminating ultra-processed foods are good first steps.

Because what matters is not only what you eat… but what your body is actually able to absorb.

Oops, nooo. My English is so bad. 

I was being ironic about the people who call Laszlo Hanyecz an “idiot,” and I wanted to say: why don’t you call Jeremy Sturdivant an idiot too? In the last sentence, I meant something like: “…but that still doesn’t change the fact that they **should both be called ‘idiots.**’

Either they should both be called "idiots", or neither of them should - this was my point, but it wasn't clear... 🤦🏼‍♂️

According to what’s said online, Jeremy Sturdivant didn’t keep those 10,000 BTC. So, in a way, he might be an even bigger idiot than the first guy. 😂

Alright, I know some people here will say that back then nobody could have predicted how much Bitcoin would rise in value, but that still doesn’t change the fact that they were two idiots. 😂
